As a multi-decade Enterprise Solutions Architect, he founded Perfware LLC 19 years ago as an independent consulting firm, solving non-linear architecture problems, diagnosing deep structural bottlenecks, and resolving strict compliance blockers for massive financial, healthcare, and government entities.
While consulting across many of these major organizations under the Perfware banner, Dave repeatedly stepped in to address a critical systemic flaw: enterprises spending far too much money on ineffective monitoring and logging solutions—and paying exponentially more to third-party SaaS vendors as their internal data volume (events and bytes) increased. This architectural trap not only drained budgets but routinely dragged companies into grueling six-month InfoSec loops due to the inherent risks of data exfiltration. By crafting tools and targeted solutions on the ground, he enhanced companies' abilities to identify stability, performance, and security flaws immediately without the ballooning costs or compliance overhead. To permanently automate this immediate visibility, Dave evolved his decades of hands-on expertise and officially founded Perfware.cloud in March of 2026—delivering core logging, telemetry and deep infrastructure hardening directly inside the client's own secure AWS perimeter.
